Update: Called and spoke with Wyatt. He apologized for the terrible service. It was a nice chat. He asked what they could do to resolve the problem of me wasting my time, then failing to complete an oil change correctly and fix a problem correctly the first time. I stated a couple minor service things could be done, including them changing my oil for free (which should be done no matter what). He said it shouldn t be a problem. I get a call the next day, they can t do any of the service stuff, but they will do a special oil flush and fill . Come to find out, they put a cheap $5 bottle of something in my oil. Run the engine, then do a standard flush and fill. I called and requested a truck as the rental vehicle (because I have/need my truck). I m told they can t request vehicles. So I call Enterprise myself and wouldn t you know it. I CAN request a truck. Needless to say. They re cheap, lazy and even when they acknowledge their mistakes, they do the bare minimum to fix them.

Very disappointed in the service I received here. Initially took my truck in for a wind noise repair that was covered under warranty. I was told to bring it in before 5. I leave work early to get there at 4:30 and there was back and forth on not taking my truck because it s too late, they can t accept vehicles past 3:30. Finally they took it. Call me 3 days later and say they took it for 3 test drives and the noise is gone. Jump in my truck, wind noise wasn t gone at all. Checked my Allstate DriveWise, only one test drive was taken. Well after I do my own research and talk to a few more people, I find the issue. Take it back and ask them to fix the problem and do an oil change (since I had free ones). 3 days later I get my truck back, noise is gone. Oil life percent is at 30%. They promised they changed the oil. Then a few weeks or so later, my truck is pouring oil onto my driveway. The filter is loose! I spend my own time and money replacing the filter and adding oil. I send multiple emails to Lee, he tells me I ll get a credit and he will call me to resolve the issue. He never called. Never emailed. I never received a credit. Nothing. I am highly disappointed, their techs can t even do a simple oil change correctly, management can t follow through. It s pathetic. I advise customers go elsewhere. There are several other dealerships close by.
