Very disappointed and alarmed by care provided. With the exception of one therapist, very poor customer interaction as therapists busy chatting with each other, with other clients instead of the patient being worked on, and complaining about understaffing. Niyata in particular very dispassionate, rude and negligent assessing presence of an emerging condition for a two week period despite having it repeatedly pointed out to her. The course of treatment was not modified in any way and created further decline and pain.
