Yesterday I had to use the airport. There was so much chaos there. I am suggesting that "Greeters" should be in strategic places, especially at entrances & exits to help in navigating the flow and providing information to customers. There were so many people in the lines who did not need to be there; people who were not checking bags onto the various aircrafts or did not need to speak with travel personnel. Some people were in wrong , as at some point people did not know where to go. So much more could be done right on the frontlines with just simple "organization".
