I was kidding myself thinking that I'd get served on a Thursday night a month out from Xmas...lol. Anyways, I think they had what I wanted, but simply couldn't get assistance. Probably not the staffs fault, as there simply wasn't enough of them there to help everyone. Supply and Demand J.B HIFI, it makes a difference. I ended up using Click and Collect which worked great..
