i was on the phone on hold for so long that it hung up on me, so I emailed them 6 days ago. they got back to me the next day asking for my phone number to confirm the account. that was 5 days ago, and they haven't emailed me back since. my service drops every 15 minutes for a few seconds and its ANNOYING. it is not my devices or my brand new wireless router because i had the same problem with the new one i did with the old one, which is why i spent the money to replace it! i've tried calling 3 times and each time i wait so long i visibly age and then it hangs up on me because nobody bothers answering! they must have 2 customer service people and one support person because i can never get a hold of anyone. i'm switching to RCN, it's cheaper anyway.
