First off I Contacted them and requested an estimate for transporting 2 motorcycles from port Varna Bulgaria to port Jebel Ali UAE.
After providing the details about dimensions documentation etc. sending e-mails forth and back it took them a whole 3 days to give me an estimate for transporting, loading and attaching my 2 motorcycles really ???
when they were ready with the estimate they gave me price for a 20" feet container of 3600 USD lol ,basically triple what other shipping companies offered me
Is loading two single motorcycles which weight 200kg each and securing them into a container cost alone 2400$ ??

After calling their manager a female and asking whats the reason for the overpriced estimate she had no clear answer ,and literally started yelling at me on the phone like she was the customer , so I told her:" do you know that the customer it's always right " she snapped back and said "customer have rights but he it's not always right and if we don't suite you find someone else " lol

After owning a small business and having skills in customer service I have never experienced something like that
Bottom line :
Not an honest business ,they will give you prices based on their own (took them more than 3 days to give a single way overpriced estimate),their business it's based on the term : "take it or leave it" like there are no other shippers.
So better off take your business somewhere else
