Epitome of corporate greed... Rent increases every year yet much about the buildings, units, and property remains outdated. Built in the 1970s and has the unsafe stairs and railings to prove it. (I've fallen down them plenty.) Many holes in the parking lot. I have many disabilities yet the higher up won't give me a dishwasher. Banyan Management is all about the money, not the tenants. I do not recommend living here unless its your only option.
