The worst services I have ever see! I order a ring overdue for a week. I went to the store and called more than 3 times ask the items state, they always answer me it will come tomorrow then I waited for a week. I should take it to overseas, no one is responsible for me. Today the store manager Jessica argue with me and let me go out of the store. I ask for an apology letter, no one does it. I had a really bad experience in Prouds!
