When we arrive at The Lodge and Spa on June 14 I was told that the A/C was out in all of the guest rooms and hoped to have it working by the end of the day. They offered to send a box fan to our room which we gladly accepted. I asked why did they not call me ahead of time that the A/C was out and given a choice to reschedule, cancel or come on. It seems the A/C had been out before the day we arrived. The clerk did not even answer the question I had asked just told me they could send a second fan to our room. When we left the next day after a hot and miserable night it was still not working. I called front desk and asked about a luggage cart and clerk told me she would let them know. Called back after approx. 1 hour and she said she would call again. We just gave up and took luggage ourselves. Saw bellmen on the way to the car and he had not even been told to go to our room. He did offer several times to help us to the car however the car was only a few steps away. I have emailed them several times since I got home and have heard nothing from them. Today I have tried several times to call them and finally got an answer however when I told her what I was calling about the clerk hung up on me. She did call be back sometime later and told me one of the managers would call me. So far no word from them. I noticed two reviews said they were given discounts but we were not offered anything.
