On the face of things everything was great. The salesman was very friendly. Car was perfect and reasonably priced, they gave me a good amount for my trade. However now a couple weeks after my purchase I m finding that they ran MULTIPLE hard inquiries after being SPECIFICALLY told not! I initially wasn t going to finance through the dealer I was already approved with my own bank. But the finance manager convinced me to allow them to run my credit ONCE!!! Which I eventually agreed to and they said I was approved with a good rate. I thought all was well. Until I checked my credit score today and found that it s already dropped 15 points and will likely drop even more. Regretting using this dealer
