This place is a rip off ! Their site says it's a $50 deposit for a 12 person pool party room. They send an email stating you have to pay another $55 for their pizza, soda, and 12 cupcakes. Then 4 days before my daughters party they "accidentally" send me an email asking if I was canceling for $50 fee or rebooking the party for another $50...what ? I call and it's never an answer from the rental coordinator Julie Ann Beth. Then I call the front desk and explain the situation and they tell me I owe $205.73. Come to find out the party cost $140 plus $55 for food/ drinks and the $50 deposit is not included because you receive it back at the end. Their site doesn't state the price of their parties. Nor do they send an email stating the balance. They only sent me an email stating a $0 balance because of the $50 deposit. As I stated before they then sent a $55 fee for food. Never stated ANYTHING a about the party costing $260 altogether for ONLY 12 ppl that includes myself and the parents ! Everyone else has to pay $7.50 ! Then they don't accommodate their mistake. Their customer service SUCKS ! They're too over priced !
