We absolutely love our new Lexus RX350! We were greeted promptly by Luke, who was very friendly and informative. He showed us all the different color options they had on the lot and didn't seem to mind that it was very cold outside. Later we went over the pricing options, explaining the pros and cons about leasing & buying. We weren't ready to make a purchase that day, and didn't feel pressured to do so, which was a refreshing change. After running some numbers, we returned the next day and made our selection. Luke was nice enough to go through the selections again to make sure we made the right color choice. Donna was also great through the whole process. She worked with us to get a price that we were comfortable with paying. Tim, the finance manager, went through the extra options without any pressure. When we picked up the car, Wiara went through the whole car showing us how all the bells and whistles worked. The customer service experience was great all around and really factored into our choice, just as much as the great car we ended up leasing. Kudos to Luke, Donna and the whole team.
