I had a pleasant dining experience at Ragtime Cafe. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was friendly. The menu had a good selection of dishes to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the seafood pasta. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely visit again.
