I have never dealt with a more inconsiderate company in my life. During the global pandemic that forbid us from coming to their country, they were very rude and refused to give us a refund on our stay, blaming us and saying it was our fault for booking with them. I could not believe the way the representative on the phone spoke with me. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
