DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!! The last 10 years I've been in the glassware business and my company ordered from Instawares a few times and it is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service, mainly Nancy and Michael, are so awful and they are very disrespectful. I needed to return merchandise that arrived to me in very bad condition and they refused to help, and stated they did not want my business. I even called once and Michael had the nerve to say really quick they weren't helping me and literally hung up the phone! He hung up on me. They never provide tracking and they are never willing to help. There are a ton of other glassware companies you can buy from - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Libbey Outlet in Toledo is cheaper and they offer cheaper shipping as well.
