I recently renewed my shop license and personal nail license and paid $400 for each license for the next 4 years. It won t expire until 6/2022. Just yesterday I get a hand deliver letter from Stateboard saying that I m being fine for $200 because my license is 90 days expired! How could this be?? I have our shop license in my hand and it s not expired! Someone isn t doing their job updating their system. It s very stressful and inconvenient for me because I m so busy running my shop now I have to go back up to stateboard to clarify this. We re always in compliance with our business and it sucks to get served with papers accusing us of something we didn t do. It s frustrating!
