Dropped my little Toro off for a tuneup three week...

Dropped my little Toro off for a tuneup three weeks ago. They said it should take a couple of weeks. It has been three, and now they aren't sure when they can get to it, since there are five other "preferred" people ahead of me who also bought their machines there. Ridiculous.
