I bought one of their top of the line treadmills, the Proform 2000, worked fine for 2 years until the belt suddenly got twisted. Just unable to get someone on the phone who can fix the issue. Long waits on the call, and when you get to someone, they xfer to another . Terrible customer support. Price one pays for low cost equipment .
