My Daughter is disabled , we were shopping at the Poole Retail Centre when My Daughter due to a Medical condition Desperately needed to Use the Toilet. Due to Covid restrictions Public Toilets are closed. We entered the Poole outlet to ask politely if any Daughter could possibly use the Toilet , the stuffy insensitive Young Girl on the desk asked if We were Members upon saying No she told us my Daughter could not use the toilet. My Daughter unfortunately wet Herself , causing much distress. Thankyou Very much for Your Compassion. You ruined a day out and caused a lot of distress to my Daughter and us.
