Review of Accor (Mercure Wellington)

We visited a month ago but just realised my review...

We visited a month ago but just realised my review didn't post ...Thank you Mercure for being so accommodating and giving us a very comfortable refreshing night stay in Wellington. The previous night we stayed some where else and it was very noisy , not comfortable / clean and we didn't get a wink of sleep ... The Mercure came to the rescue - the lady on the phone was so helpful and found a room for us - very clean , comfortable , fresh and we were so very thankful as we got a good sleep ready for th ferry and long drive the next day. For every bad experience there is always a good one , as well as someone who is very kind and helpful - I'm not sure of the ladys name at reception but she was so lovely and we are very grateful - thank you and would reccomend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable stay and a hotel with a great location to Cuba street and main attractions :)
