I was very disappointed with the limited communication regarding internet charges of $14.99 I didn't find out about the limited use until the day before checkout. You are not allowed more than 2 devices within a 24hr period. Wasnt explained clearly at all.Convenient charges of $10.00 were added to my bill because I recieved a gift that was brought to my room. There was limited amenities and staff was nonchalant and somewhat rude. I will never stay at this Hotel again. I am hurt! This was suppose to be a getaway for my children and I to enjoy and relax instead it became more of a burden and we can't wait to check out.
