For those who do not know, the tax name of Telefunken in Spain. My father bought a television less than two years ago in a Milar store. Well, he decides to claim the warranty service because the device sometimes does not turn on, sometimes the volume is not heard, sometimes it does not respond to the command .... They take the television to repair and take more than two weeks to bring it, and when they return it, it is worse than when they took it away. Now it looks bad, the image mounted, discolored ... We call to claim and its solution is to withdraw the product again, surely another minimum of two weeks, and repair it. What kind of technical service does not turn on a TV to verify that it works before returning it to the customer? Do we have to trust this time that two weeks later we will return the television as new? And what happens if it gets worse? Should the user in this case be left without a device for a month that has paid at a price that is not precisely low for the incompetence of a manufacturer first and a technical service later?
