I was really excited to try this spa, but was disappointed in many ways. Upon checking in to pay, I was asked if I intended to eat and drink and I replied yes. I was automatically charged $150 (which I refused to pay). It was not explained that the restaurants don't accept cash or credit card, but only spa credit. They also neglected to share with me that any unused amounts would be refunded. I later learned that if I put cash down for spa credit I could pay any amount but if using a credit card it was a minimum of $150. As for the actual experience, I was surprised by how confusing the layout is. There are so many small saunas and pools (all with funky IKEAish names) it's information-overload trying to figure it all out. None of the hot tubs are actually hot. The atmosphere is definitely more of a resort feel than a spa feel. There were so many people and it was noisy! They played music in all the saunas to drown out the chatter from outside. That was annoying. I would've preferred a quiet environment. There were 2 warm tubs that were clearly dirty from too many bodies...the water was brownish-yellow with debris floating in it. Anyway, the setting is beautiful and that's about it. If you want a true Scandinavian spa experience try the Scandinave Spa.
