My wedding took place on November 15th last week at KR Inn. It was handled by unprofessional person Ms. Geetha a front off employee. Supported by Mr. Girish. We had very bad experience. I had booked for 150 plates initially because most of them were from native. On safer side I increased to 200 plates and I have paid whole amount on 13th November 2019... Even if 50 plates go waste I had no issues. My invites were only 150 to my wedding.
My wedding event got closed by 10:30pm. Mr.Girish had informed that they were extra 40 plates being used and we had informed earlier to Geetha that 2 plates can be used by a person for chats and food but she insisted by saying that extra plate will not be used for chats everything will be served in one plate. But Geetha has calculated the plates of chats used. when they informed about the extra plates to make payment we couldn't pay on the same day as we had to go to native immediately. we called Geetha the next day and requested to make the bill for 30 plates and she agreed to make. she called and asked us to transfer the amount to her personal number through google pay. we wanted to test her ethics and loyalty towards the organisation and she failed here and she agreed from 40 plates to 30 plates. It seems to be manipulating. she has given the receipt for 200 plates but not for the extra 30 plates.
I want my money back and justification for this. I would never recommend KRInn to anybody as it is unprofessional employees ethics. i will meet the management and talk about this.
