I've been coming here since moving to Austin in 2012 with my mini Aussie. They always adore him and are mega kind when we show up. Show him major affection and super sweet talk to him when in the exam room - I know this comforts him a little better. The staff is gentle with him and are friendly and informative when I have questions. I've had two emergencies so far where I had to make an appointment the day of, and they have been accommodating to fit us in promptly. I also purchase my heartworm meds here for him, instead of buying online.
