You'll have a much better experience at AAC. The dogs are not in small kennels or small cages, and when you're ready to visit them you can actually go to a designated play yard to get to know your potential pet. The cat area here is smaller than the AAC, and the staff here is also less... helpful? It's almost like you have to jump through hoops to have a positive experience here.
The only positive thing I will say, is that I really THINK they care about the pets in their care.
