I had a great experience buying a used car from Jack Schmitt Ford. As a first time car buyer, I had heard horror stories about buying a car. After meeting my salesperson Alex Garcia, I knew that I had no reason to worry. Alex was extremely helpful and available by text to answer any questions I had in the days leading up to me purchasing the car. He made me feel at ease and never pressured me into buying. In addition to Alex being such a delight to work with, Chris in financing deserves to be mentioned. He never pressured me into buying anything I didn't want. He explained all the numbers and was even able to save me a few bucks on registering my new car.
