Messed up reservations, wrong room, wrong locatio...

Messed up reservations, wrong room, wrong location from original request, tv didn't work, refrigerator didn't keep stuff cold. Staff was continually rude. This is our 4th trip to Disney and for the room / hotel this is the worse experience we have ever had. Hotel just didn't seem to care that they messed up our stuff repeatedly. But as for the parks and days of outings the were fantastic as always. We will NEVER STAY at Pop Century again.
