We are owners of a 2019, Pilot Elite that we bought on David McDavid of Irving last November. I did my first maintenance today at the Frisco location, I asked for help on some technical questions, wifi connectivity, etc, the maintenance personnel couldn't help me because didn't know how to, so they sent me to sells department where a very rude salesman refused to help me because "he was on commission" I asked for directions on what to do but he said "that David McDavid of Irving was a different identity so he wouldn't help", the promise that you buy into a David McDavid family, service, quality, is a lie. We have own Honda Pilots and Acura cars for 15 years and never experimented this poor service and is making me question my buying decisions. David McDavid you may need to learn about service from Hall Honda of Virginia, when I bought thisacar I expected support from HONDA but unfortunately I am not getting it.
