The staff is annoying, walks around and constantly pesters, asks who is from which room, after that they ask the type of room (why ??). This interferes with a calm and positive rest, feeling like being searched.
Rooms are old for a 5 star hotel.
The pool is not very clean and smells very much of bleach.
The territory of the park is beautiful, the food is delicious, but the overall impression was ruined.
