My wife and I bought a used car from Richmond BMW when my wife became pregnant with our first child. Before the birth of our child we had to have the car serviced 4 times for the transmission alone. We had broken down 4 times in a period of 5 months, all issues with the transmission. I would not recommend buying any used cars from this dealership. We have lost a lot of money because of this deal, and am still trying to work under the lemon car - which this car certainly is.
