I took a dog to surrender and basically was told that I have to jump through hoops in order to surrender this dog. This is not my dog I took him in as a possible rescue in order to try and find him a better home I could not a friend said they would take him but unfortunately they did not take care of him collect him and he gets kicked around and is just left in the yard to fend for himself. I took him to the shelter thinking that they would take him in and take care of him properly Unfortunately they told me it would be at least 6 weeks before they could possibly find a place for him. I walked out without setting the appointment and at this point it's not my fault if this dog ends up as a straight among all the other thousands of stray dogs headache it's still going to be two months before they can do anything about it. It's really ridiculous that they want me to continually leave him at a place that I know it's not good for him let the dogs. So much for being a great animal loving City
