We called in the morning of a holiday weekend asking to see a specific car - we were able to be scheduled for that same day and drove away with our new car that afternoon! Smooth, thorough service with comfortable waiting areas. Marcus made us feel relaxed and not rushed, something we really valued throughout this process and other dealers have not delivered this feel. Overall a very easy process for something that can be quite cumbersome.
