I recently used their services for a video production project. The website was easy to navigate, and the booking process was straightforward. 🎥 However, I found the communication with the team to be lacking at times, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress. The final product was delivered on time, but I was hoping for a bit more creativity and originality in the video. The quality was good, but not exceptional. Overall, it was an average experience. 👍🏼 I would consider using them again for basic video production needs, but I would definitely communicate my expectations more clearly from the start.
