I only had my RX 350 for 3 days when the battery went dead. I called Donnie, my salesman at Northside Lexus, and he quickly had customer service call me, arrange for AAA to jumpstart my car, and made an appointment for me with the closest dealership to replace the battery - all at no charge to me. The whole process was handled smoothly and with the utmost care for my time. Thanks Donnie and Northside!
