Beware forced sale to vulnerable people by phone by making them believe that their contact details are taken for sending information documents for foresight when in reality it is to validate an electronic signature. My mother being a dependent person, these are my telephone coordinates which are indicated in public contact. A counselor from the SPVIE telephone platform contacts me to find out if we have received the "information documents" sent by mail. I answer them that we are not interested and that if we received the doc we probably threw it in the trash without opening it. He insisted on using my mother's exact contact details to send her back this simple information documentation, asking me to validate the address with the code I will receive by text. Feeling the scam I ask him if he is not asking me for an electronic signature code by chance. To which he replies "not at all it is just to validate the sending of the documents" I repeat to him that we are not interested and there I receive the famous sms on which it is clearly indicated that it is a signature code electronic .... here it is ... I made it clear to him that deliberately lying to forcefully sell contracts was illegal and that I was going to report it.
SPVIE if it is not your practices change the telephone platform because this way of preceeding is completely illegal and devoid of any ethics and respect for vulnerable people who can easily be tricked and find themselves engaged in contracts they do not have desired !!!
