My family visited early Monday morning. The online ticketing process was simple. There were very few people in the zoo and that was likely a function of the time and day we went (we didnt want crowds and the animals are more active in the am). It was exactly what we were looking for during this crisis.

Check in...They simply scan the barcode that comes to you via PDF in an email post purchase. You wait in a distanced line until the next cashier became available. They scan your barcode and you are in. No physical tickets or receipts and no physical maps (you can get a digital map)

Face coverings... Everyone had on masks, including smaller children. No one seemed to mind and everyone was compliant. It was beautiful to be honest.

Distancing inside - Each animal exhibit had markings to ensure each family was socially distanced while viewing the animals. The zoo only allows you to travel/walk in one direction and signs encourage you to keep moving to ensure distancing is maintained. Every now and then, a random family would follow us too closely. We just let the pass and continued to enjoy the animals.

Animals... The major attractions are still there and viewable. Some of the inside exhibits were closed while others were open. The open inside exhibits had attendees at the door ensuring only a specific number of people were inside at once. There were some very short line at some of these. We skipped.

Petting zoo and rides-- the carousel and train were open with 2/3 of the seats unavailable. No other interactive activities were open.
