I just bought my Acura 4 months ago at Texas Direct Auto a long with an extended warranty so when my car broke down (positive battery cable and battery) I went to Sterling McCall Acura for the repair. My service associate was Brandy Ramirez and this review will never be long enough to sing her praises. She s amazing! I had problems with the extended warranty and she did way more than anyone ever would have to help me. When that didn t go the way it should have she then went out of her way to help me get the car repair done and paid for in a timely manner. The repair is complete and my car runs as good as ever! If you need service n your Acura this is the place and Brandy is the associate to get it done!
