Purchased Crystal cabinets because our kitchen designer used them. Our fault. Good cabinets. Clueless customer service. Have contacted them twice for info. to no avail. But they did cash our check promptly though. Oh yeah, did not give us what we wanted in terms of design offerings. Were willing to pay for upgrades. Not trying to scam them or get something for nothing. Felt like we gave them $10k and they gave us what they wanted. There are too many quality options out there, so look elsewhere first.
