We chose LTS because of their high reputation for quality. We were impressed by the ongoing communication we had with Lou and Rita. They were always available to help with making decisions and to answer all questions and concerns no matter how large or small they were.
Lou always updated us and guided us through the steps of the construction process, from the design of our home to the land purchase and development.
Rita helped us choose the correct color combinations for the interior and exterior of our home. She also made logical suggestions to enhance and improve the interior floor plan.
The entire process was very impressive. My brother and I are very happy with our home. It far exceeds what we expected.
