Not very satisfied ... not with the goods which ob...

Not very satisfied ... not with the goods which obviously are of excellent quality but I have not found the right welcome towards the customer. Sometimes there is not even a "good morning" .... without taking away the fact that some salespeople are kind and well-disposed towards customers.
I believe that some aspects of customer relations should really be improved.
Small shop or large center, this is the most important aspect.
