I recently took the PTS course taught by Eldon Uchida. He is by far one of the best teachers that I've ever had. He is very engaged and dedicated to his work and he always makes himself available to answer questions. He truly wants to see his students succeed and it's clear that he is very passionate about teaching. If you pay attention in class and read his notes thoroughly, you will pass the theory and practical exam.
