I was hesitant to bring my computer in to anyone, but genuinely needed a second opinion.. and honestly a second pair of eyes.
Because this was a build that worked.
That I knew everything aboutn
I.e.
A dyi mini itx gaming pc that still holds up.
(Short story)

But, I brought it in, and Ryan was more than helpful.

After looking at it, testing everything, and finally expertly diagnosing my pc with a shorted out motherboard (which was current, probably due to a screw that was loose in the case)

He came back to me, offered me ridiculous options that I had specifically asked for.

And days later when I was rebuilding the pc with new parts..
I called him with a issue.
He walked me through every issue he could think of.
Treated me like an equal (as someone with limited knowledge)
And helped me fix the issues.

Best pc technician around.
