Our organization bought a new Grinder from Foley about two years ago. As we began to use it we found that it had numerous problems. To our surprise, when the rep came out to meet with us his only concern was to make sure we understood there is no warranty, he can't help us, and Foley is not able to be of service. We were stunned at the poor customer service and overall response after spending 38K with them. I would go elsewhere if you are in the market for a new grinder.
