My fiance is still waiting to recieve a pay check ...

My fiance is still waiting to recieve a pay check from this company from an October.november testing session he worked, he was told because of hurricane Sandy he did not recieve a check, i'm sure all of the full-time Ewing employees recieved their checks, he recently worked a May/June session and also did not get paid.....we are contacting the BBB, this is rediculous, he gets the run around when he inquires about his compensation, if nothing is done immediately you will be sued!!!
