After calling Bel Red, they sent technician Sam Kirkland the very next day, and he was early (Bel Red office gives you a time range, rather than an exact arrival time, which is understandable). Not only he did he do an outstanding tune-up, he checked for carbon monoxide at each vent, went over filter maintenance with me, and explained some extra options (vent cleaning, surge protection) without making a hard sell. Bel Red is well-organized and responsive.
