Worst service center I have ever been to I needed an alternator for a 2009 Jeep Patriot I have an extended warranty when I asked if it was under warranty they said I have no idea it will cost around $600.00 for a new one. I called the warranty department and they told me the alternator was covered and any dealership could do this for me. I told them Hall said it wasn't covered she said it is and anytime I need to verify coverage I could just call but the dealerships have access to this information as well and should know what parts are covered under warranty. They were going to bill me full price. How awful. Ripping off their customers like this. I will find another dealership.
