Service was absolutely horrible!! Corrina barely came back to the table. Hardly cleared our table. We cleared it ourselves. The table of 4 or 6 who came in after us had been cleared and our table was full of dishes. We had go ask for drinks and boxes since she had not been back to us. We had a group of 10, received absolutely horrible service but yet Corrina made bank on your gratuity policy. We should have spoken to the manager but ran out of time since we had to finally flag down our server for our bills. I did tell Corrina how horrible the service was. Also a food runner dropped full plates right behind our table and neber came back to clean it up....a good 15 minutes food sat there on the floor. Good thing no one slipped on it. We definitely will not be back! Hope you reevaluate your gratuity policy. A huge group should not have to tip 18 percent for horrible service!!!
