I like my provider, but the front desk service is ...

I like my provider, but the front desk service is very frustrating as I have to be very blunt about everything and almost extremely annoying to get my point across. I changed insurances and they still have yet to process my current insurance payment for my last visit almost three months ago! They keep trying to bill me the full amount which I do not need to pay due to my current insurance covering most of the full amount. I have called them three times, called billing three times, and called my insurance three times and both billing and insurance have said that they need to process my insurance. I could understand I would have to pay the full amount if I did not have insurance or my insurance did not cover it, but it does. So, I guess they will not be getting paid from this visit until the process my insurance if that is what they want because even my insurance is mailing me lots of letters stating I do not owe anything until they process my insurance. I m tempted to switch providers not because of the providers but because of the billing services and front desk staff unwilling to help for almost three months to process my insurance! I do not feel like I am asking for a lot at all.
