If I could choose a ZERO I would. DO NOT book here - especially for weddings. It was my wedding night and Kara and her team were an absolute nightmare. Most guests who tried to book were told the room block was full, when only two rooms were booked. I reached out to Kara and Jim the room block team and they added an email For guests to reach out with any problems. One, why would people reach out if the message says the room block is full. Two, why would this happen after three times of asking For a fix and this is continued to happen. Three, Kara and Jim blamed it on corporate but this is not a corporate issue when we had two other Marriott room blocks with NO ISSUES. Four, my father and father in law are titanium lifetime membership and were treated with disrespect. Five, Kara left her cell phone on her email which I called on a Saturday due to my frustrations and she acted like I was a bother. If I were you, don t room block here or even speak to Kara and her team - the other hotels are more friendly and just as nice.
